Delivered in 2025 for a state-owned developer, coordinated to their handover programme: a whole-house smart hot water system, move-in-ready wine cabinets, and antibacterial crystalline stone floor tiles throughout.

Chongqing Leading Hotel Chain
Supplied guest room doors and washbasins to the chain's 3.0 room standard, matched to the rollout specification.
Commercial
Dongguan Landmark Commercial Project
Involved throughout the commercial design: smart air-conditioning zoning for the retail and public rest areas, and a change from all-stone flooring to a stone-and-crystalline-stone combination that reduced both energy use and material cost.
Apartment
Dongguan Large-Scale Apartment Project
Refined fit-out across 2,200 apartments. We entered at the design stage and ran the full chain; the compact 31 m² unit uses a mezzanine one-living two-bedroom layout, and overall fit-out cost came down 11%.
Residential
Dongguan Large Residential Development
The larger 46 m² unit type on the same development, adding whole-house lighting intelligence and one-touch app linkage across water heater, air conditioning, rice cooker and curtains.
